Dawn McGuinn knows homes from the inside out. In her youth, her dad was a contractor and taught his daughter how to swing a hammer and how to hold her own with the best of them. By helping her dad remodel homes when she was a teenager, she realized homes were more than wood and nails. From here, Dawn understood how important it is for people to have a happy, healthy, safe haven to call home.

Dawn has been married for over 30 years. She is the mother to 3 amazing adult daughters and 1 son-in-law. She takes pride as a doggy mom to a sweet standard poodle- Layla. She is also a nana to 3 Goldendoodles and a standard poodle.
In her free time, she enjoys decorating, action-adventure movies, traveling, crafting, building things, and spending time with friends and family.
